橡膠同步帶產品簡介
同步帶采用氯丁橡膠、玻璃纖維繩和尼龍彈性布三種主要材料制成，傳動是由一根內周表面設有等間距離的封閉環行膠帶和相應的帶輪所組成。工作時，帶齒與帶輪的齒槽相嚙合，是一種嚙合傳動，因爾具有齒輪轉動、鏈轉動和帶傳動的各自優點。

BRIEF INTRODUCTION

同步帶的保管、安裝使用注意事項
1、嚴禁將皮帶強行過度折斷、彎曲、避免強力層損傷，失去使用價值；
2、不得將皮帶長期處于不正常的彎曲狀態存放；
3、保存在陰涼處，一般溫度為-15度---50度，并距熱源至少一米以外；
4、安裝時請縮短中心距，放松張緊輪，不得強行將帶從凸擋邊上硬拉拖磨裝入；
5、帶輪的齒必須與逞的運轉方向直角。
6、主動輪與被動輪的主軸的平行度應控制在正切tg=1/1000左右。軸位不準，直接影響使用壽命。
7、發現主動輪上皮帶向一邊偏位，應移動一下被動輪加發調整，并調整張緊輪的壓力；
8、在起動時，中心距改變，皮帶松馳，發生跳齒現象，應檢查帶輪架是否松動，軸的定位有否失準，加以調整、加固；
9、同步帶安裝時必須按不同的型號和帶寬適當的加以張緊力；
10、張緊輪且一定要安裝在帶動的傳動松邊一側。

PRECAUTONS FOR STORAGE，INSTALLATION AND USE
1. Excessive bending and folding by force of this rubber belt is rigidly forbidden to avoid the damage of the dynamic stratum.
2. Long-time storage of this belt in an abnormally bended status is forbidden.
3. To be stored in a cool place.
4. Shorten the distance between the two whell centers, loosen the tensile wheelinstall this belt, it is absultely hazardous to set it onto the wheel through the latter s flange tu force.
5. Be sure to keep the wheel teeth at an 90 angle against the moving direction of the band.
6. Besure that the parallel between the spindles of the driving and driven wheels is at tg=1/0000 lor so.
7. In case the band on the driving wheel deviates to one side, adjustment should be done only after shifting the driven wheela little. At the same time regulate the pressure of the tensile wheel.
8. Check whether either wheels holder slakens or there is any inaccuracy of either wheels position in case the distance between the two centers changers. The band losens and jumps over the dentation. Then tightenup and correct accordingly.
9. Give a proper tensile force according to type and width of the beltwhen install the band.
10. The tensile wheel should be mounted on the belt s slack edge.
